Even if you are not a fan of colder northern countries – Iceland might blow you away with its stunning countryside, lakes, waterfalls, geysers, volcanoes and wildlife. I was lucky enough to visit it back in 2007, when it was still pretty much undiscovered by the masses. A 1-2 week long road trip around the island is a perfect choice.
